Hi there! I’m Carrie. I’m so glad you’re here and I cannot wait to meet you! I discovered my love for photography in 2014, after the birth of my second son. I purchased my very first DSLR with the intent to capture special moments of my children while they were still little. I started taking photos for family and friends, and quickly realized that I absolutely loved seeing how happy others were to receive beautiful images of their own families and children. I officially started my business in 2016 and have been so thankful for all the amazing people I’ve met over the years. I get so much enjoyment from photographing others and knowing that I am helping to solidify special memories for their families, and for future generations to come. Photographs truly are priceless.
I was born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I really love living in North Carolina, but still refer to Pittsburgh as “home”.
My husband and I have 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl). They are very close in age. There is only a 3.5-year age gap between our oldest and youngest.
I am an extroverted introvert. Do you want to know what I mean by that? Then read this article. I couldn’t describe myself any better!
Clutter in my home causes me anxiety. I feel instantly calm when my home is clean and organized.
I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and could live off of cakes, cookies, brownies, ice cream, and candy.
I became a runner after I met my husband, who has been a runner for many years. I never really enjoy running, but I love the way I feel when I’m done! Aside from that, I feel way less guilty when I indulge in sweets (see above).
Drinking water every day is a huge struggle for me, but drinking coffee and wine all day long is no problem at all.
